Athenium Beta Testing Services Agreement Version: 1.0 Effective Date: 12 April 2026 Provider: Standard Plinth Pty Ltd (ABN 74 694 037 717), trading as Athenium ("Athenium", "we", "us") Contact: admin@standardplinth.com 1. Overview This Agreement governs your access to and use of the Athenium platform during its beta testing phase ("Beta"). The Beta is a pre-release, development environment provided for testing, feedback, and evaluation purposes only. By accessing or using the Beta, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. 2. Eligibility You must be at least 16 years of age to participate in the Beta. By accepting this Agreement, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 3. Nature of the Beta Environment You acknowledge and agree that: - The Athenium Beta operates on a development network ("devnet"). - The platform is incomplete, experimental, and subject to change. - Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time without notice. - The system may contain errors, bugs, or interruptions. The Beta is provided "as is" with no guarantees of performance, availability, or reliability. 4. No Financial Value or Assets You acknowledge and agree that: - No part of the Beta environment involves real money, payments, or financial instruments. - Any tokens, records, entitlements, or representations within the system: - Have no monetary value. - Cannot be redeemed, transferred for value, or exchanged. - Do not represent financial assets, investments, or securities. Nothing within the Beta constitutes ownership of a real-world or legally enforceable asset. 5. Platform Role and Limitations Athenium provides infrastructure only, specifically: - Identity (AthID) - Access control - Record and entitlement verification Athenium does not: - Act as a marketplace. - Facilitate financial transactions. - Hold or custody funds. - Provide investment or financial services. 6. AthID (Identity System) - Each user is assigned a unique AthID. - AthID is a persistent system identifier used to associate activity within the platform. AthID: - Does not represent a financial account. - Does not store value. - Does not constitute legal identity verification. Athenium reserves the right to suspend, reset, or revoke any AthID at its discretion. 7. Data Persistence and Reset You acknowledge and agree that: - The Beta environment is non-permanent. - Data may be deleted, reset, modified, or not carried over into production. This includes (but is not limited to): - Wallets - Access records - Entitlements - Activity history The only element that may persist is your AthID, at Athenium's discretion. 8. Access and Termination Athenium may: - Grant, restrict, or revoke access at any time. - Suspend or terminate your access without notice. - Modify or discontinue the Beta entirely. Access to the Beta is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your credentials or allow others to access the platform using your account. You may stop using the Beta at any time. 9. Acceptable Use You agree not to: - Attempt to exploit, disrupt, or reverse engineer the system. - Interfere with platform security or infrastructure. - Use the platform for unlawful purposes. - Misrepresent the Beta as a live or production system. - Share your account access with any other person. 10. Feedback By participating in the Beta: - You may provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas. - You grant Athenium a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free right to use this feedback to improve the platform. - You are not entitled to compensation for feedback provided. 11. Confidentiality You agree not to: - Publicly disclose unreleased features, systems, or technical details of the Beta. - Share sensitive information about the Beta without prior written permission from Athenium. 12. No Warranties The Beta is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to: - Fitness for purpose. - Reliability. - Accuracy. - Availability. 13. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law: Athenium is not liable for: - Data loss. - System interruptions. - Errors or inaccuracies. - Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Your use of the Beta is entirely at your own risk. 14. Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute arising from this Agreement, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the courts of Queensland, Australia. 15. Changes to This Agreement Athenium may update this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use of the Beta after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement. 16. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. 17.
